Workplace Wellness Retreat
As we work daily with our Careers, both with success and challenges, little by little stress adds itself to the subconscious mind and body memory.
We get used to stress and believe in the theory it makes us stronger, in certain cases it's true but having a problem or challenge mindset can start attracting more problems and challenges to fix. Let us get out of this.
Join us and experience 3 days of Unity in the Workplace & Clearing to Create principles by Jeff Hunter mixed in with an exceptional guest teacher of Mindfulness practice and QiGong: body movement/energy practice, Kevin Fong.
Take the time to reset, clear the mind, rest and most importantly raise your energy vibrations.
Evening one-on-one time for success coaching with facilitators will be scheduled once registration is complete.

Please note: Retreat practice guidelines
- Participants must commit to retreat time, not engage in
work activities or off-site activities for entire 3 days
- We encourage participants to leave their cell phones in the
hotel room
- Refrain from verbal and written communications with other
retreatants unless otherwise instructed
- Bring yoga matt (option with pillow and light blanket)
- We encourage participants to eat lightly during the day and
rest during the evenings
- ​We encourage participants to refrain from the use of
recreational drugs and alcohol use.
