HOW TO STAY PRESENT

The Egoic mind, once developed can create a consciousness of its own astoundingly drawing from and deciding thoughts solely based on past experiences to avoid a repeat in the future..this is living in the past 

Learning to stay present can become a challenge.

Here are some ways to stay present: 

Mediation 

First thing in the morning and in short periods during the day. Focus on breathing

Create boundaries with negative people

Set boundaries with friends, family, and coworkers. Gathering negative information only strengthens the ego mind..it's like carrying around a garbage can full of negative information.

Create your own sacred Space

Find your own piece of earth that brings you the most peace

HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING

Witnessing your thoughts.

Stop procrastinating, follow through with work assignments, pay your bills, and move your body (exercise).

Have the courage to talk things over until you get clarity. Never allow the mind to keep guessing, that's not what it was created for....it needs clarity.

CREATIVE ENERGY

Whether you know it or not, your creative energy is always active. So, whatever you think about, talk about, or focus on. You will manifest more of.

The more aware you become of your thoughts, you will begin to consciously choose them, and now, you are in charge.
